Terms of Service

You need a valid email to create an account. You are responsible for anything done under it. One person per account; sharing credentials is against these terms.

You own the photos you upload. You grant ThenCam a limited licence to store, transcode, and display them back to you and to anyone you share a project with. We don't train models on your photos, we don't sell them, we don't show them to anyone else.

Don't upload content you don't have the right to. Don't use ThenCam to harass, surveil, or harm people. We may suspend accounts that break this.

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

ThenCam runs on a single-region server today. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee it. Back up anything you can't afford to lose.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
